Woman Attacked by Off-Leash Dog

$250,000 Settlement:  While trying to enjoy a peaceful walk, a woman was attacked by an off-leash dog.  The dog owner’s homeowners insurance carrier initially denied the severity of the attack and injuries.  However, after presenting the insurer with testimony from our client and witnesses, as well as medical providers, we successfully negotiated a $250,000 settlement.
